Ozarks Healthcare Women’s Health Clinic has relocated to 1115 Alaska St. in West Plains.
The move took effect June 22. Ozarks Healthcare officials said the new location is intended to support access to women’s health services in the region.
“Our goal is to ensure women throughout our region have access to high-quality health care services tailored to their unique needs,” said Ozarks Healthcare President and CEO Terence Farrell. “This new location allows us to continue providing the compassionate, patient-centered care our community expects from Ozarks Healthcare.”
Ozarks Healthcare Women’s Health provides services including well-woman exams, gynecological surgery, obstetrical care and delivery, infertility evaluations, menopausal treatment, incontinence treatment, pelvic relaxation treatment and ultrasound services.
The clinic is staffed by gynecologists, obstetricians, certified nurse midwives and other specialists.
Ozarks Healthcare also operates the Ozarks Healthcare Women’s Center, a 20,000-square-foot facility that includes five labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum rooms, gynecological surgery facilities and educational spaces.
The center includes a lactation suite with three private bays and is staffed by certified lactation consultants and lactation counselors who provide education and support for breastfeeding families.
Ozarks Healthcare also offers a certified nurse midwifery program focused on continuity of care, patient education and support throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum recovery. The program uses a collaborative care model, allowing patients to receive support from both midwives and physicians when needed.
