Posted

Ozarks Healthcare Behavioral Health Center's Patient Experience Team announces its upcoming Spring Fling Carnival, a celebration in honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month.

Scheduled for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 31 in the parking lot of Parkway Shopping Center, 1211 Porter Wagoner Blvd. in West Plains, the event promises a carnival-style extravaganza with a twist, say organizers: Each BHC department will staff a booth featuring a mental health-related theme, offering engaging activities and resources for attendees.

The community-centric event will feature an array of offerings including food trucks, a cotton candy station and a popcorn machine for all to enjoy. Attendees can look forward to table prizes and door prizes through the day.

The Spring Fling Carnival is open to all members of the community, and individuals of all ages are invited to join in the festivities. Whether seeking entertainment, information or simply a day of enjoyment, this event aims to deliver something for everyone, organizers add.
