Southern rock legends 38 Special and the acclaimed regional group The Ozark Mountain Daredevils are set to deliver electrifying performances at the West Plains Civic Center on Friday, April 5. This musical extravaganza, which kicks off at 7 p.m. after doors open at 6 p.m., will serve as the grand opening event for the four-day "Eclipse West Plains: Party in the Path" celebration.
