First-degree stalking and first-degree harassment charges, both felonies, have been filed against a former Fairview School teacher and assistant girls basketball coach after he allegedly engaged in inappropriate social media contact with a former student, according to a statement filed with county prosecutors by West Plains Police Detective Joe Neuschwander.
