Five girls from Birch Tree were injured, one seriously, in a rollover crash at 5:40 p.m. Thursday on Shannon County Road 459, 3 miles north of Birch Tree, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The patrol’s report, as published on its website, lists the crash site in Howell County, but the GPS coordinates for the crash are inside Shannon County limits.
