Russell E. Wiles, 52, West Plains, is charged with first-degree arson and first-degree property damage after allegedly setting fire to a trash can in a West Plains Super 8 Motel bathroom and damaging a room refrigerator, air conditioner and a light fixture. Both charges are felonies.
