A 43-year-old Eminence man suffered fatal injuries in a crash involving two other vehicles at 8:50 p.m. Tuesday on Highway 106, 2 miles west of Eminence in Shannon County.
Tpr. C.C. Battreal, with Troop G of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Willow Springs, reported a westbound 2016 Nissan Frontier driven by a 28-year-old man from Sallisaw, Okla., made a left turn into a private drive. An eastbound 2004 Harley Davidson ridden by the 43-year-old struck the pickup before hitting an oncoming 2024 Toyota Corolla driven by a 23-year-old Eminence woman.
The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at 9:23 p.m. by an unnamed official, the report shows.
No injuries were reported for the drivers of the Nissan or the Toyota, who were both wearing seat belts.
This marks the 22nd traffic fatality for the year in the nine-county Troop G area, compared to 25 at this time in 2025.
Battreal was assisted at the scene by Cpl. T.D. Pond and Sgt. M.B. Lomedico with the patrol’s Major Crash Investigation Unit 4.
