Vendor registration is now officially open for the 52nd Annual Bear City Fall Festival, scheduled for Oct. 3 in downtown Willow Springs.
Hosted by the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce, the long-running festival will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The signature autumn event draws thousands of visitors from across south-central Missouri for a full day of shopping, food, entertainment and family activities, said officials.
Chamber officials invite craft and retail merchants, food vendors, nonprofit organizations and community groups to reserve booth space early, as availability is expected to fill quickly. Food vendor applications are subject to a review process, with payment instructions provided upon approval.
"The Bear City Fall Festival is one of our favorite traditions each year," said Kim McCormick, executive director of the chamber. "It's a day that brings our community together while welcoming visitors from all over the region. We invite vendors of all kinds to join us for another incredible festival, but don't wait — spaces fill fast every year."

Printable applications are also available on the chamber's website at wschamber.net, or physical copies can be picked up in person at the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce office, 209 E. Main St.
