The West Plains Kiwanis Club presents a $1,000 donation to the 37th Judicial District Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) as part of its ongoing efforts to support local children's causes. CASA volunteers undergo specialized training to advocate for children navigating the foster care system or court proceedings resulting from abuse or neglect. The 37th Judicial Circuit serves Howell, Oregon and Shannon counties.
