The West Plains Noon Rotary Club recently installed new officers. “Dynamic” leaders elected to their seats during the July 2 meeting are Lana Snodgras, president; Greg Carter, president-elect and Missy McGoldrick, secretary, said Rotary officials. On hand for the installation was Jim Thompson of the West Plains Sunrise Rotary Club. The newly elected leaders extended a heart-felt thank-you to past President Ramona Heiney for her dedicated service, noting, “We appreciate you immensely.”
