Amanda Nicole Ribaudo, 35, was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of stealing and released the same day without bond. Officer Ivie Powell.

Cheryl Sue Youngs, 47, was arrested Nov. 13 on two warrants for failure to appear and charges of not having a required license and felony stealing. She was released the filling day on $1,208 bond, $208 of which was cash-only. Officer Austin Deshazo.

Eligah James Talbert, 23, was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of second-degree domestic assault and released the following day without bond. Officer Daiman Meyer.

Shon A. Erks, 34, was arrested Nov. 15 on charges of failure to obey a lawful order, failure to stop for flashing red signal at appropriate place, failure to maintain financial responsibility and resisting arrest. He was released the following day without bond. Officer Meyer.

Zoey Lee Paige Hensley, 20, was arrested Nov. 16 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and released the following day without bond. Cpl. Thomas Manning.

Thomas Gerald Clinton, 55, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of armed criminal action, first-degree kidnapping, first-degree robbery and unlawful use of a weapon by exhibiting. He was released the following day without bond. Officer Levi Endress.

Brent Eric Coulsell, 50, was arrested Nov. 17 on a charge of third-degree domestic assault and placed in protective custody. He was released the following day without bond. Officer Brent Keepes.

Mildred Michaele Boucher, 53, was arrested Nov. 17 on a charge of third-degree domestic assault and placed in protective custody. She was released the following day without bond. Officer Brent Keepes.

Timothy Alexander Sanchez, 22, was arrested Nov. 18 on a felony charge of stealing and released the following day without bond. Officer Robert Shell.

Jesse Gene Tackitt, 63, was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was released the same day without bond. Cpl. Manning.

Jalen Michael Meadows, 27, was arrested Nov. 23 on two warrants for failure to appear and released the same day on $140 cash-only bond. Officer Endress.

Tyler Vincent Winters, 23, was arrested Saturday on a charge of third-degree domestic assault and released the following day without bond. Officer Jacob Miller.

Michael James Padorke, 55, was arrested Saturday on charges of careless and imprudent driving and driving while intoxicated. He was released the same day without bond. Officer Shell.

Sage Macky Letterman, 24, was arrested Sunday on charges of driving while revoked or suspended, repeat offense; driving while intoxicated, persistent offender; speeding by 6-10 mph over; failure to drive on the right side of the road; and failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle. He was released the same day without bond. Officer Edward Heuchelin.

INCIDENT REPORTS

Officer Jacob Brixey was dispatched at 8:12 a.m. Nov. 13 to the police station to take a report of stealing from the 1500 block of Webster Avenue. Through investigation, a suspect was identified. A probable cause statement was forwarded to county prosecutors.

At 8:32 a.m. Nov. 13, Officer Brixey was dispatched tot he police station to take a report of fraud and the case is considered closed.

Officer Powell responded at 10:47 a.m. Nov. 13 to the 700 block of Worley Drive for a theft report. He spoke to a woman outside the business who was later arrested on suspicion of committing the theft. The reporting party advised the woman had chosen items and left the store without paying. She was ticketed for stealing and trespassed from the property.

At 11:30 a.m. Nov. 13, Officer Deshazo was dispatched to the 3600 block of U.S. 63 to take a report of stealing. A suspect was arrested a short time later and placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges. The case was forwarded to county prosecutors for review.

Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Jefferson Avenue for a verbal argument in progress. The parties were separated for the night. No charges are sought, but a report was completed. Officer keeps.

At 10:48 p.m. Nov. 13, Officer Meyer responded to the 1400 block of Third Street for a report of domestic violence. Investigation revealed a person had hit their grandmother and hurt her. The suspect was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges and the case referred to county prosecutors for review.

Officer Meyer conducted a business check at 2:10 a.m. Nov. 14 at the former location of Savor Bar and Grill on Preacher Roe Boulevard. Two people were seen with multiple types of drug paraphernalia. A woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant and ticketed for the paraphernalia, and the man was not located. The case was referred to city prosecutors for review.

At 8:56 a.m. Nov. 14, Officer Deshazo was dispatched to the 1200 block of Jackson Street for a report of a verbal domestic disturbance. By the time officers arrived, the situation had diffused and both parties said the argument was only verbal. After viewing the living conditions of the home, a hotline call was made for the children living in the residence. A report was taken and the case is considered closed.

Officer Deshazo was dispatched at 10:45 a.m. nov. 14 to the police station to take a report of harassment. The report was forwarded to county prosecutors.

At 2:58 p.m. Nov. 14, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Kentucky Avenue to take a report of stealing. The case is under investigation. Officer Edward Huechelin.

Officer Meyer was on routine patrol at 3:33 a.m. Nov. 15 and noticed an open storage unit at Roo’s Self Storage on Myrtle Street. The report is informational as no criminal intent was apparent.

At 9:44 a.m. Nov. 15, School Resource Officer Whitley Clark took a report at Zizzer Pride Academy regarding juvenile truancy and a youth in possession of a nicotine vape. A referral and probable cause statement were forwarded to the Juvenile Office.

Officers took a report at 9:46 a.m. Nov. 15 in the area of Zizzer Pride Academy regarding harassment. A referral ad probable cause statement for forwarded to the Juvenile Office for second-degree harassment. SRO Clark.

At 11:06 a.m. Nov. 15, SRO Conner Burnes reported that, at 9:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of West Plains High School for a youth with a nicotine product. The case was sent to the Juvenile Office.

Officers were dispatched at 3 p.m. Nov. 15 to the police station for a person there that was wanted on an arrest warrant. The person was taken into custody and released on bond. Officer Nathaniel Siegrist.

At 3:58 p.m. Nov. 15, Officer Keepes responded to the police station to speak with a woman who reported her boyfriend missing. He was entered into the law enforcement missing persons database and a report was completed. The case remained under active investigation with efforts continuing to find the man.

Officer Meyer stopped a vehicle at 8:09 p.m. Nov. 15 on Second Street. The driver would not provide identification and failed to obey lawful orders multiple times. He was arrested, taken to the city jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.

At 2:36 a.m. Nov. 16 Sgt. Josh Wichowski responded to a home on the 200 block of West Leyda Street for a report of felony property damage. A report was taken and the investigation remains active.

Officer Powell responded at 12:57 p.m. Nov. 16 to the 1300 block of Southern Hills for a theft complaint. The reporting party advised a woman put on a pair of shoes and left the store without paying for them. The suspect was identified and a probable cause statement forwarded to the prosecutor.

At 2:15 p.m. Nov. 16, Officer Powell responded to Ozarks Healthcare regarding a possible domestic situation in the parking lot. He contacted the two parties in question and the woman reported her boyfriend had shoved the back of her head while he was in the back seat of a vehicle. She did not want to pursue charges, and the pair were released.

Officers were dispatched at 2:18 p.m. Nov. 16 to Snappy Mart on the 500 block of Porter Wagoner Boulevard for a call about an auto theft. When officers arrived, a man and woman were arrested; the man taken into custody for first-degree robbery, first-degree kidnapping, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action. They were taken separately to the police station and held pending formal charges. The case was referred to county prosecutors. Officer Endress.

At 2:45 p.m. Nov. 16, Officer Keeps responded to Burgoyne Street for a domestic altercation. He learned two men who lived together had a verbal argument and no physical contact occurred. A report was completed.

Officers were dispatched at 3:53 p.m. Nov. 16 to the police station for a youth receiving pornographic images. The case is open and was forwarded to investigators. Officer Siegrist.

At 7:28 p.m. Nov. 16, Officer Keepes responded to the police station to arrest a man who had turned himself in on an active municipal warrant. He was taken into custody and bonded out shortly after.

Officers were dispatched at 8:52 p.m. Nov. 16 to the 1100 block of Davidson Street for a complaint of stealing. The case is open pending further investigation. Officer Siegrist.

At 10:40 p.m. Nov. 16, Officer Meyer responded to Ozarks Healthcare for a disturbance. He learned a patient had been discharged and threatened hospital staff while leaving. The patient was later found and questioned, and the hospital declined to pursue legal action at the time.

Sgt. Wichowski spoke to a woman by phone at 11:08 p.m. Nov. 16 regarding a violation of an order of protection. He took a report and formal charges were sent to the prosecutor’s office for the named suspect. The case is considered closed.

At 1:32 a.m. Nov. 17, Sgt. Wichowski responded to the area of Ransom Road and Porter Wagoner Boulevard for a report of a disturbance. He found a man and woman in the woods nearby, who said no assault or threats had taken place. The man, however, was found to have an active felony warrant for his arrest, and was taken to the county jail to be booked without incident.

Officer Meyer was on routine patrol at 3:42 a.m. Nov. 17 and saw a man and woman in the Mudbuster’s parking lot on Preacher Roe Boulevard. The man said he had a controlled substance in his possession, which the officer seized. The woman consented to a search and was found to also be in possession of a controlled substance, which was also seized. The case is open pending lab results.

At 11:32 a.m. Nov. 17, SRO Clark took a report in the area of West Plains Elementary School regarding child abuse. The case is being investigated further by the Division of Social Services and law enforcement.

Officers responded at 12:29 p.m. Nov. 17 to Ozarks Healthcare for a gunshot victim in the emergency room. Officers learned the wound was apparently self-inflicted to the victim’s head, and the incident occurred at a home on Highway 17. The sheriff’s office was contacted to take over the investigation and the victim taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Officer Chris Barrett.

At 5:18 p.m. Nov. 17, officers were dispatched to the Howell County Sheriff’s Office for a distraught woman in the lobby there. They learned a domestic assault had occurred between a man and woman who were both under the influence. With assistance from deputies, both were taken into custody and placed on a 12-hour hold. Charges are sought.

Sgt. Wichowski responded at 7:21 p.m. Nov. 17 to the 800 block of Locust Street for an intentional drug overdose. A woman was placed on a 96-hour hold for mental evaluation.

At 7:29 p.m. Nov. 17, Officer Jerry Mingus was dispatched to the 800 block of Missouri Avenue for a domestic disturbance that had taken place between a married couple. The pair separated and neither wished to pursue charges.

Officer Keepes responded at 8:23 p.m. Nov. 17 to the 1200 block of Aldridge Street for a report of an ongoing peace disturbance. A report was taken for documentation.

At 3:11 p.m. Nov. 18, officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Walnut Street for a burglary. The case is under investigation. Officer Siegrist.

Officers were dispatched at 4:41 p.m. Nov. 18 to the 2000 block of East K Highway for a verbal disturbance. The parties were separated and the incident documented. Officer Siegrist.

At 7:48 p.m. Nov. 18, Officer Robert Shell responded to Walmart for a complaint of stealing in progress. It was learned a man tried to steal at least $750 worth of merchandise. He was identified and arrested, then placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.

Officers were dispatched at 9:39 a.m. Nov. 19 to the 1000 block of Sixth Street for a youth matter. The child was secured and taken home safely, and the mother was contacted and told of the incident. A hotline call was placed regarding the child. Officer Endress.

At 1:14 p.m. Nov. 19, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Jackson Street for a report of a domestic assault between a man and woman. While Officer Barrett was en route to respond, the reporting party said the man and woman took off walking in different directions. Officer Barrett came into contact with the woman who said her boyfriend had assaulted her.

Officers were dispatched at 2:50 p.m. Nov. 19 to the area of Second Street and Lincoln Avenue for an assault complaint. The victim was contacted and a report was taken. Charges were forwarded to the county prosecutor’s office. Officer Shell.

At 5:03 p.m. Nov. 19, officers on patrol near Lincoln Avenue noticed fires under two bridges in the area. The fire department was called to put out the fires and a report was taken. Officer Shell.

Officers responded at 5:51 p.m. Nov. 19 to the police station for found property, which was placed in evidence for safekeeping. Officer Siegrist.

At 7:20 a.m. Nov. 20, while performing a vehicle inspection, an officer discovered a plastic baggie containing a white powdery substance, which was placed into evidence to be destroyed. The case is closed and a report was completed for information. Officer Deshazo.

Officer Deshazo responded at about 9:26 a.m. Nov. 20 to the 1100 block of Broadway for property damage that involved several items. A report was taken and the case is open pending further investigation.

Detective Joe Neuschwander reported at 12:45 p.m. Nov. 20 the Southwest Missouri Cyber Crimes Task Force was asked by the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Missouri to do digital forensic extractions on several devices capable of storing digital media which had been recently seized from a sex offender registered in Missouri. Investigation is ongoing.At 1:14 p.m. Nov. 20, officers responded to the 2400 block of McFarland Drive for a domestic altercation. No charges are sought due to uncooperative victims and the case is considered closed. Officer Clark.

Officers responded at 2:26 p.m. Nov. 20 to the intersection of U.S. 63 and Preacher Roe Boulevard for a two-vehicle crash. One driver was found not to have a valid license and was ticketed. The case was forwarded to the city prosecutor’s office. Officer Clark.

At 5:05 p.m. Nov. 20, Officer Mingus was dispatched to the 900 block of Preacher Roe Boulevard for a stealing complaint. It was reported a woman had a large cart of items and used the self-checkout but did not pay for everything in the cart.

Two men and a woman were at the police station at 5:08 p.m. Nov. 20 to inform officers of a problem with a recently purchased vehicle’s title, and were told by police the vehicle they had purchased was reported stolen out of Shelby County, Tenn. The vehicle was seized and information forwarded to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. Officer Endress.

At 5:39 p.m. Nov. 20, Officer Keepes responded to the police station for someone who wanted to report a physical domestic altercation that happened at a home on Joe Jones Boulevard. Investigation revealed a physical domestic assault had occurred between a man and woman, but the victim did not want charges sought. A report was completed.

Officers were dispatched at 7:22 p.m. Nov. 20 to Lanton Road for an assault. It was learned a man had assaulted his staff member. No injury was caused and no charges sought, but a report was completed. Officer Keepes.

At 9:01 p.m. Nov. 20, Officer Shell was dispatched to the 800 block of South Thayer Avenue for a disturbance complaint. A man was spoken to and taken to Ozarks Healthcare for assistance with mental issues; he was placed on a 96-hour mental evaluation hold.

Officers arrested a woman at 10:08 a.m. Nov. 21 in the lobby of the police station on an active Howell County warrant. Officer Clark.

At 8:53 a.m. Nov. 22, Detective Neuschwander reported that on the previous day, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department requested digital forensics on a laptop concerning a death investigation within that agency’s jurisdiction. The process was conducted and the report and computer returned to the case agent.

Officers were dispatched at 3:53 p.m. Nov. 22 to the 800 block of Missouri Avenue for a call regarding stealing. A woman was spoken to and a report was taken. Officer Shell.

At 5:05 p.m. Nov. 22, Officer Brixey was on routine patrol and did a business check on Casey’s on Preacher Roe Boulevard. There, he saw a man he’d known from previous law enforcement actions. The man was the subject of an active Douglas County arrest warrant, and was taken into custody and take to the Howell County jail.

Officers conducted a traffic stop at 2:12 p.m. Nov. 23 on St. Louis St. that resulted in the arrest of the driver after a search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of illegal contraband. Cpl. Manning.

At 9 p.m. Nov. 23, a man on the 2000 block of Deatherage Avenue was found to have an active municipal warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and taken to the police station to be booked. He was released after posting bond. Officer Endress.

Officers were dispatched at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 23 to the 600 block of First Street for a verbal disturbance which occurred between a man and woman. The man was placed on a 96-hour mental evaluation hold. Officer Keepes.

At 1:02 a.m. Friday, Officer Meyer responded to the 1100 block of Davidson Street for suspicious circumstances. He found no evidence of a crime and took a report for informational purposes.

Officer Deshazo responded at 9:25 a.m. Friday to the police station for a report of stealing that occurred on the 400 block of Arkansas Street. The case is open and under investigation.

At 10:19 a.m. Friday, officers served an arrest warrant ion the 400 block of Johnson Street. A woman was taken into custody on the warrants and taken to the county jail for booking. Cpl. Manning.

Officer Powell responded at 12:50 p.m. Friday to Southern Hills Plaza for a domestic situation in progress. Both parties said the dispute had been verbal only. The case was closed with no further investigation and no charges.

At 5:19 p.m. Friday, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Maple Street for a verbal disturbance. A report was completed for documentation. Officer Siegrist.

Officers were dispatched at 6:26 p.m. Friday to the 200 block of West Maple Street for multiple incidents involving an intoxicated woman, who was placed in protective custody to prevent bodily harm to herself and others. Officer Siegrist.

Officer Mingus was dispatched at 7:47 p.m. Friday to the 700 block of Missouri Avenue for suspicious circumstances. The reporting party said he went to pick up his son when an assault took place. The case was closed due to the reporting party’s lack of cooperation.

At 1:47 p.m. Saturday, Officer Miller was dispatched to the 500 block of Myrtle Street for a domestic disturbance. A person was arrested pending formal charges of third-degree assault and the case is being forwarded to the prosecutor’s office.

Officers were dispatched at 3 p.m. Saturday to a traffic crash near the 1300 block of Southern Hills Drive. A report was taken and the case logged as “driving while intoxicated or under the influence.” Officer Shell.

At 8:03 p.m. Saturday, officers were dispatched to a traffic crash involving a hit-and-run. The driver that left the scene was identified. The case will be referred to the county prosecutor’s office. Officer Endress.

Officers sopped a vehicle at 12:12 a.m. Sunday on the 1800 block of Porter Wagoner Boulevard that resulted in the arrest of the driver on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked. Officer Heuchelin.

At 11:40 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to the 800 block of Lanton Road for a report of a domestic violence incident. After speaking with both parties and investigation, officers determined the incident was verbal. A report was taken for documentation and the case is considered closed. Officer Deshazo.

Officers were dispatched at 4:27 p.m. Sunday to the police station to speak with someone with a complaint of harassment. Recommendations were given for how to proceed with handling the situation and the incident was documented. Officer Siegrist.

At 5:19 p.m. Sunday, Officer Brixey stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Porter Wagoner Boulevard and Broadway and learned the driver’s license was suspended. The driver was arrested and taken to the city jail to be fingerprinted, then released with a court summons.
