Dall Brooks Hinkle, West Plains, was ticketed at 9:47 a.m. Nov. 23 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Jim Hedlesten.

Alan Dale Mocabee, Camdenton, was ticketed at 11:29 a.m. Nov. 23 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Hedlesten.

Ivonne Mojica Gaetan, Orlando, Fla., was ticketed at 12:05 p.m. Nov. 23 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Hedlesten.

Isaac Edward Rammel, Rogersville, was ticketed at 2:57 p.m. Nov. 23 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Hedlesten.

Keesha Juanita Saunders, Willow Springs, was ticketed at 7:23 a.m. Nov. 24 on charges of displaying another’s plates and driving a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. Officer Jake Cronin.

Lane Timothy Duncan, Jackson, Tenn., was ticketed at 10:15 a.m. Nov. 24 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Hedlesten.

Joseph William Sullivan, Nixa, was ticketed at 12:09 p.m. Nov. 24 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Cary Gates.

John Paul Bonnar, Michigan City, Ind., was ticketed at 12:40 p.m. Nov. 24 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Gates.

Pablo Alejandro Visiedo Camejo, Miami, Fla., was ticketed at 1:16 p.m. Nov. 24 on charges of speeding by 16-19 mph over and driving a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. Officer Hedlesten.

Nisvet Muharemovic, St. Louis, was ticketed at 4:57 a.m. Nov. 25 on a charge of driving while intoxicated, alcohol. Officer Wade Bloomer.

Ryan Michael Taylor, Willow Springs, was ticketed at 5:06 a.m. Nov. 25 on a charge of driving on a highway without a valid license. Officer Jake Cronin.

Ryan Alan Durr, Lowell, Ind., was ticketed at 8:49 a.m. Nov. 25 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Gates.

Piper Dawn Frizzell, Sheridan, Ind., was ticketed at 9:22 a.m. Nov. 25 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Gates.

Kellis Levon Thompson, Poplar Bluff, was ticketed at 3:51 p.m. Nov. 25 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Gates.

Selvin Castro, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 9:42 p.m. Nov. 26 on charges of driving a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility, driving on a highway without a valid license and speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Ryan McGinnis.

Charles Wayne Klein, Willow Springs, was ticketed at 2:54 p.m. Nov. 28 on a charge of stealing. Officer David Hocking.

Fernando Henrique dos Santos Costa Fernandes, Cinnaminson, N.J., was ticketed at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Hedlesten.

Mark Dale Coppage, Willow Springs, was ticketed at 4:03 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Hedlesten.

Bryer Matthew Ramsey, Summersville, was ticketed at 9:26 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of driving a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. Officer McGinnis.

INCIDENT REPORTS

At 8:56 p.m. Nov. 24, 911 dispatched Officers Cronin and Bloomer to Love’s Travel Stop to assist a towing company with the removal of an abandoned trailer from the parking lot.

Officer Bloomer was dispatched at 2:13 a.m. Nov. 25 to U.S. 60/63 for a wrong-way driver going east in the westbound lane. The driver went past two patrol vehicles with emergency lights and sirens activated before being stopped by a third. The driver was found to be driving while intoxicated with alcohol, placed under arrest and taken into custody. Charges are pending.

At 5:01 a.m. Nov. 25, Officers Cronin and Bloomer responded to Railroad Drive for a report of a possible traffic crash. A vehicle was found off the road. The driver was ticketed for driving without a license.

Officer Cronin was on patrol at 12:45 a.m. Nov. 26 when he was flagged down on Main Street and given identification that had been found on a sidewalk. He tried to contact the owner unsuccessfully, and the ID was taken to the lost and found at the police station.

At 2:24 a.m. Nov. 27 Officers David Struble and McGinnis stopped a vehicle at the intersection of North Ash Street and East Main Street. The driver was found to have an active warrant out of West Plains, arrested and taken to the police station, where the driver bonded out.

A person turned over multiple items at 8:38 a.m. Nov. 27 that had been found on the side of Railroad Drive in a ditch. Officer Struble placed the items in found property.

At 7:19 p.m. Nov. 27, Officer Hocking was called to a home on East Main Street, where a door was found to have possible pry marks and an object had been slid into the door frame. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

Officer Hocking took a call at 4:04 p.m. Nov. 28 regarding a man who had stolen items from Family Dollar, namely an extension cord, power strip and ratchet strap. The man was found at a home on Scott Street and ticketed on a charge of stealing. The items were retrieved and returned to the store.
