Organizers of the West Plains Little Mister and Miss Merry Christmas Pageant, held each year on the first Sunday of December in the West Plains Civic Center theater, have announced the winners of this year’s contest.
Lucas Olivander Murdy, 3, was named Little Mister Christmas. He is the son of Brandon J. Couchman and Savanna L. Couchman, West Plains. Adaline “Adi Sue” Collins, 4, was named Little Miss Christmas, and is the daughter of Laura Collins, West Plains.
Junior Mister Christmas is Able Collins, 6, son of William and Laura Collins, West Plains, and Junior Miss Christmas is Oaklyn Schofield, 5, daughter of John Schofield and Heather Nickel of West Plains.
Adilynn Sloniker, 8, was named Miss Merry Christmas. She is the daughter of Sam Bruce and David Sloniker, West Plains. There was no contestant for Mister Merry Christmas this year.
Winners received crowns and had the opportunity to ride in the West Plains Christmas Parade held Dec. 9.
