West Plains R-7 School District officials are celebrating teachers and staff chosen by their peers and students and their parents to receive a district award of excellence. Teachers are honored as part of the regional #TeacherProud social media campaign that typically celebrates teachers on the second Tuesday of each month. November’s highlighted teachers are West Plains Middle School math teacher Kara Brown, and South Fork Elementary second grade teacher Nichole Riggs and fourth grade teacher Ashley Jolliff.
