Lucas Kunce, 41, of Hartsburg in the Columbia metro area, is running for U.S. Senator on the Democratic ticket, one of four Democrats challenging Sen. Josh Hawley. On July 27, he held a campaign rally at Galloway Park, speaking in the audience-filled pavilion about his goals, should he be elected. more

Republican gubernatorial candidate Bill Eigel, 46, of Weldon Springs, spoke Wednesday at Pizza Inn in West Plains before an enthusiastic crowd.
