After a lifetime in agriculture, Fair Grove native and current Birch Tree resident Hal Ryan returned to the classroom at Missouri State University-West Plains to pursue a new calling. The recent magna cum laude graduate earned his Associate of Applied Science in Community Behavioral Support and now serves as a youth behavioral health liaison for the Ozarks Healthcare Behavioral Healthcare Center in West Plains.
