The West Plains Daily Quill is taking submissions for its Grandparents Day section to publish Sept. 7. Readers are invited to send letters, stories, photos and tributes in celebration of their grandparents.
Send submissions by 10 a.m. Friday and be sure to include the following information: grandparents’ names and name(s) of anyone pictured, community of residence, names of family members and their communities of residence if different, contributor’s contact information and any heartwarming greetings or stories to share.
Photos may be emailed to news@wpdailyquill.net, sent through the Quill's Facebook Messenger inbox @West.Plains.Daily.Quill, or brought in to the Quill office, 205 Washington Ave., between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays.
Anyone wishing to take out an advertisement for the special section may do so by emailing ads@westplainsdailyquill.net or calling 417-256-9191 prior to 5 p.m. Thursday.
