We can't let October slip by without a pumpkin pie recipe, because everyone should have at least one. I admit, I favor the recipe on the canned pumpkin, it's never let me down. But, like all good things, it's always nice to try new recipes, you just might find one better or equal at least. I found an award winning recipe for pumpkin pie that is said to convert the non- pumpkin pie eaters, so I had to share it. And with Thanksgiving nearing, you'll have time to try it for yourselves, I sure will. The weather this week is perfect for baking too!
