Basketball enthusiasts and young athletes, get ready! The West Plains Elks Lodge #2418 is excited to announce the return of its annual John P. Cody III Memorial Hoop Shoot, an event that has become a much-anticipated tradition in the local community. This year, the competition will take place on Nov. 9 at the Jimmy Carroll Sports Complex, located at Howell and 540 E. Olden St. in West Plains, Missouri.
