Kelby D. Hutlser, 54, West Plains, suffered minor injuries in a crash at 7 p.m. Jan. 31 on north U.S. 63, 5 miles south of Licking in Texas County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Tpr. J.L. Sentman, with Troop G of the patrol, Willow Springs, reported a southbound 2016 Buick Enclave driven by Hutsler ran off the right side of the road and struck a rock bluff.
The report shows Hutsler was wearing a seat belt and he was transported by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston for treatment.
John E. Stiner, 50 West Plains, was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash at 5:50 a.m. Jan. 29 on U.S. 60 at Fordland in Webster County.
Tpr. A. James, Troop D, Springfield, reported Stiner was driving a westbound 2006 Dodge Ram when an eastbound 2008 GMC Sierra driven by Brian J. Thompson, 50, of Springfield, lost control on ice.
The GMC then ran off the left side of the road and struck the Dodge head-on, James reported.
Thompson was wearing a seat belt but Stiner was not, James reported.
Stiner was transported by ambulance to Cox South Medical Center South in Springfield for treatment, the report shows. No injuries were reported for Thompson.
An Alton man suffered serious injuries when his utility vehicle was struck by a Hummer on the afternoon of Jan. 29. The collision reportedly happened at 2:45 p.m. on Highway 19, 2 miles north of Alton in Oregon County.
Msgt. T.W. Meyer with Troop G reported a southbound 2011 Polaris Ranger UTV driven by Edwin C. Bettis, 63, was making a left turn when it was struck by a southbound 2007 Hummer H2 driven by Christy J. Casey, 68, also of Alton.
Bettis was not wearing a seat belt or a helmet when the Polaris was struck, and was transported by Survival Flight to Cox South.
No injuries were reported for Casey, who was wearing a seat belt.
