St. Paul Lutheran Church, 291 Kentucky Ave. in West Plains, will hold its annual Christmas Craft and Décor Sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 6 and 8, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 7.
“You are invited to stop by and enjoy the new and exciting collection of elegant and rustic homemade crafts and holiday décor,” said organizers. “Everything is of exceptional quality, reasonably priced and awaiting a new home.” The sale has been an annual event for more than 30 years.
Organizers will be serving hot dogs or sloppy Joe dinners which include chips, drink and dessert for $6 a plate. Patrons can choose to dine in or carry out, and organizers noted there will be “mouth-watering goods” available to take home from the bake sale portion of the event.
A giveaway drawing will be held at 3 p.m. Nov. 7 for a handcrafted quilt and a decorated Christmas tree. Tickets for each drawing are $1 each.
Browsers can also enjoy free apple cider while shopping in a relaxed atmosphere, and register for a free door prize, also to be given away at 3 p.m. Saturday.
A Thrivent Financial Action Team is participating in this event by providing seed money in the amount of $250 to help purchase food for the meals. Thrivent Action Team members also help during the event.
