ARRESTS

David Tyler Kerley, 28, was arrested Dec. 11 to serve three sentences of four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. He was transported to the DOC on Thursday. Deputy Michael Lewis.

Allen Wayne Staab, 24, was arrested Dec. 11 on a Lincoln County warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. He was released to Lincoln County custody on Tuesday. West Plains Police Officer Levi Endress.

Dillon Lee Pike, 30, was arrested Dec. 11 on four Mtn. View warrants for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges and released Wednesday on $341.50 cash bond. Deputy Jordon Collins.

Joshua M. White, 37, was arrested Tuesday on a probation violation warrant and held on $2,500 bond. Jailer Tyler Gill.

Emilee Grace Shipley, 22, was arrested Wednesday on an Ozark County warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and released the same day on $150 cash bond. Deputy James Wardrip.

Micheline Carol McWhorter, 40, was arrested Wednesday on a Texas County charge of speeding by 16-19 mph over and released the same day on $174 cash bond. West Plains Police Officer Jacob Brixey.

Cheyenne Mackenzie Renfro, 25, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated and released the same day without bond. Deputy First Class Jared Hummel.

Sean Michael Worley, 54, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of driving on a highway without a valid license and released the same day without bond. Deputy Brandon Meacham.

Lonnie Wayne Mahan, 49, was arrested Wednesday on charges of child abuse, first-degree child endangerment creating substantial risk and unlawful possession of a firearm. He was released Friday on $100,000 bond. Deputy Meacham.

Cory Joseph Wells, 37, was arrested Thursday on a charge of first-degree trespassing and released Sunday on $2,400 bond. West Plains Police Officer Daiman Meyer.

Thomas M. Bennett, 47, was arrested Thursday on a charge of second-degree murder by way of causing a person’s death during the perpetration of a felony crime. He was released the same day on $100,000 bond. Officer Endress.

William DeForrest James, 53, was arrested Thursday on a charge of violating an order of protection and released the following day on $5,000 bond. Deputy First Class Hummel.

Timmy Lee Frazier, 43, was arrested Thursday on a charge of violating probation and patrol. He is held without bond. Deputy John Thomas.

Ethan Klay Dobbs, 31, was arrested Friday on a charge of child abduction and released the same day on $50,000 bond. Deputy Adriel Lisboa.

Alfredo Mora, 34, was arrested Friday on charges of driving a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility, driving on a highway without a valid license and speeding by 26-30 mph over. He was released the same day on $750 bond. West Plains Police Officer Chris Barrett.

Sierra Marie McClurg, 25, was arrested Friday on a Mtn. View warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and released the same day on $300 cash bond. West Plains Officer Ivie Powell.

Arlie O’Neil Brinkley, Jr., 52, was arrested Friday on a probation violation warrant and held without bond. Officer Endress.

Geraldine Nicole Agers, 35, was arrested Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge and held on $10,000 bond. Jailer Joshua Knehans.

Ervin Junior Walker, 78, was arrested Friday on a charge of driving while intoxicated and released the following day without bond. Deputy First Class Hummel.

Meranda D. Bean, 43, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated and released the same day without bond. Jailer Knehans.

INCIDENT REPORTS

At 1:59 p.m. Dec. 11, Deputy Jacob Hamby was notified of a damaged mailbox on County Road 9230. He contacted the reporting party and took a report.

Deputy Tessa Jens was dispatched at 2:17 p.m. Dec. 11 to County Road 1550 in Willow Springs to take a report of stealing.

At 8:24 a.m. Tuesday, Cpl. Seth Smith took a call regarding property damage on the 1600 block of U.S. 160. A report was taken and the case is closed.

Deputy Austin Ryan was notified at 10:12 a.m. Tuesday of a person in the sheriff’s office lobby reporting that her ex-husband had violated an order of protection. She provided paperwork as evidence. A report was taken.

At 4:44 p.m. Wednesday, Deputy First Class Hummel saw a Chevy S10 pickup truck traveling north on BB Highway with a very dark tint on the driver’s side window and a nonworking brake light. The driver was taken into custody on a DWI charge.

Deputy First Class Hummel received a report at 4:41 p.m Thursday of a violation of a protection order that occurred on County Road 4280 near West Plains. A man was taken into custody.

At 7:02 a.m. Friday, Deputy Dylan Webb responded to an address off of County Road 1930 north of West Plains for a report of custody interference. The reporting party said her 8-year-old sun was picked up for school by his father without permission or notification. The child was confirmed to be at school with no further action needed. A report was taken.

Deputy First Class Hummel saw a vehicle at 10:58 p.m. Friday traveling south on Jan Howard Expressway near Wayhaven Drive in West Plains. The vehicle reportedly crossed over the solid white fog line on the right side of the road with passenger side front and rear tears. A man was taken into custody on charges of DWI and resisting arrest.

At 5:26 p.m. Sunday, Deputy Dakota Millard was dispatched to the 4600 block of U.S. 160 for a report of a domestic assault in progress. When he arrived, the suspect had left the scene. He spoke to the reporting party and took a report.
