A zoning change from residential to commercial was approved for portions of two lots owned by the West Plains Country Club during Tuesday’s meeting of the West Plains City Council. The change will allow the country club to install digital billboards at the corners of Gibson Street and U.S. 63, and CC Highway and U.S. 63, both of which will meet Missouri Department of Transportation standards and council approval before installation. more
