The hostesses for the event were Pauline Cape, Kathleen Carel and Claudia Marvin who chose Spain as the theme for the day. The West Plains Noon Rotary Club recently installed new officers. “Dynamic” leaders elected to their seats during the July 2 meeting are Lana Snodgras, president; Greg Carter, president-elect and Missy McGoldrick, secretary, said Rotary officials. On hand for the installation was Jim Thompson of the West Plains Sunrise Rotary Club.
