The West Plains Police Department Citizen’s Police Academy held its graduation Nov. 9 at the Fish Shack Restaurant. Eighteen graduates celebrated the conclusion of the 10-week program in a ceremony during which where they were awarded a certificate for their accomplishment and enjoyed a great dinner.
