An undercover narcotics investigation resulted in felony charges for four Howell County residents. Jessica L. Berry, 41; Timothy M. Berry, 59; and James H. Miller, 55, all of Willow Springs; and Gabriel A. Carter, 34, of Mtn. View, are the suspects in the investigation, with court appearances scheduled for this week.
